Protocol authorship
AICM and AIDP are being developed as governance primitives for change control, delegation boundaries, and accountable agentic execution. AIGovXRay is the inspection layer that turns those ideas into reviewable evidence.
AIGovXRay uses deterministic analysis and structured scoring logic to keep findings traceable, repeatable, and explainable across evidence-led governance reviews.
Who we are
Mechapiens is led by Ioannis Vandoulas, Founder & Systems Architect and creator of AIGovXRay, AICM, and AIDP. The company builds AI governance and forensic technologies focused on evidence continuity, agentic system inspection, and operational accountability.
AIGovXRay is a functional inspection system developed end-to-end by Mechapiens, with capabilities for evidence ingestion, deterministic analysis, governance gap detection, and structured reporting. Its approach has been validated through real-world scans on high-stakes European organizations.
Ioannis presented AIDP at IETF 125, contributing to protocol-level discussions on agentic execution and delegation governance.
AIGovXRay
Zero-retain by design. Generate governance reports quickly without persistent evidence retention, minimizing data leakage risk and simplifying secure external assessments.
Approach
Mechapiens maps evidence, findings, and governance gaps against AI risk and resilience frameworks without presenting the result as a legal certification or compliance attestation.
Evidence before opinion
Controls that survive iteration
Traceability across agentic workflows
Human accountability by design
